OffBook captures user-authorized audio in your browser, streams it encrypted for real-time transcription and coaching, and does not keep a replayable audio file in your account by default. Transcripts and debrief artifacts are stored for product functionality. Customers may also call this audio privacy, call data handling, audio processing.

Capture is user-initiated in the browser using getUserMedia (microphone) and, for remote calls, getDisplayMedia (meeting window or screen with audio sharing enabled).
Audio is sent over encrypted transport to subprocessors for speech-to-text and inference. See the security page for the current subprocessor list: https://offbook.pro/legal/security
OffBook does not join your meeting as a bot by default, and coaching prompts are visible only to you.
You confirm per session that required participant notice and consent have been handled before capture starts.

Do you sell customer audio data?
No.
Can I request deletion of my call data?
Yes. Delete individual calls from the dashboard, or delete your entire account — including all calls — from Settings → Call preferences → Delete account.
