If you mean a saved meeting replay: OffBook does not keep persistent audio files in your workspace by default.

If you mean whether audio leaves your device: yes. Live audio is captured in the browser and streamed encrypted to our speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) for transcription, then used for live cues and post-call debriefs.

What OffBook stores: transcript text, coaching cues, debrief summaries, and follow-up drafts — the artifacts needed to run the product.

What OffBook does not do by default: join as a visible meeting bot, show prompts to other participants, or sell your audio.

You are responsible for consent, disclosure, and recording laws in your jurisdiction. OffBook asks you to confirm consent requirements before each session.
