How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings → Call preferences → Delete account, confirm by typing your email, then delete. This permanently removes your OffBook data and cancels any active subscription.

You can delete your OffBook account without contacting support. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone.
Before deleting, download any invoices you need from Billing. Self-serve data export is not available in the app yet; contact [email protected] or [email protected] if you need a portable export first.
Deletion cancels any active, trialing, or past-due subscription, removes your workspace data from OffBook, deletes your sign-in identity, and sends a confirmation email to your account address.
Steps
- Open Settings from your workspace menu.
- In the left sidebar under Call preferences, choose Delete account.
- Read the warning: deletion cancels any active subscription and permanently removes all account data.
- Click Delete account, then type your account email exactly as shown.
- Click Delete my account to confirm. You are signed out when deletion completes.
FAQ
What data is deleted?
Your profile, calls, transcripts, debriefs, follow-up drafts, calendar connections, notification preferences, and other workspace data stored in OffBook. Subscription and referral records tied to your account are removed from OffBook.
Does deletion cancel billing?
Yes. Any active, trialing, or past-due Stripe subscription is canceled when you delete your account. You will not be charged again through OffBook.
Can deleted accounts be restored?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. We email a confirmation after deletion completes. You can reply with feedback if you choose.
What if I only want to cancel my plan but keep my data?
